Carl (Zhihao) Zhou,

a London-based photographer focusing on documentary work and everyday observations of people and places. He’s drawn to the texture and character of film and medium format, while building a complete scan-to-post workflow that keeps detail, tone, and final output quality tightly under control.

Recently, he has been expanding into independent publishing through zines and exploring colour separation and print processes. By experimenting with Risograph and related techniques, he brings photography back to a tactile, physical form, where each edition carries subtle variations and unexpected moments that can’t be replicated on a screen.
